Jefferson Hospital is an integrated Health System, a provider-based Rural Health Clinic
Network devoted to family-oriented, primary care. Physicians' Health Groups are composed
of four family practice physicicians, three physician assistants, and 3 nurse practicianers.
In order to serve Jefferson and the surrounding counties, Jefferson Hospital has 3 conviently located Clinics:
